Strategic Finance Lead

Join our leadership team as a Strategic Finance Lead, where you'll partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making. In this critical role, you'll support the development and execution of financial strategy, lead financial modeling and analysis, and build scalable financial systems and processes. You'll also drive financial discipline across the organization, identify risks and opportunities, support fundraising efforts, and track key marketplace metrics. • Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making, supporting the development and execution of financial strategy.
• Lead sophisticated financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business decisions, product initiatives, and growth opportunities, ensuring accurate financial data and operations.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities 6-12 months ahead, providing strategic recommendations to leadership, and support fundraising efforts across equity, debt, and alternative financing options.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours
• Outstanding financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Deep understanding of marketplace business models and operational metrics
• Track record of building and scaling finance processes
