Senior Staff Engineer

• Conception, design, and implementation of containerized microservices for a distributed multi-tenant system.
• Mentoring junior engineers and new graduates, helping them grow as engineers and become productive members of the team.
• Owning critical features and subsystems throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from clarifying requirements to ensuring successful deployment.

• AWS / Azure / GCP cloud experience:
• Unix/Linux programming environment experience
• 12+ years building distributed & scalable software and systems
• Passion for software development, willing to constantly learn, keeping up with technological trends, and working in a team setting
• REST API client experience
• Experience with networking and security controls is a benefit
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in Go and SQL
• Language requirements
• CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible are nice to have
• Our platform is K8s based so experience delivering onto a containerized platform is desired
• Postgress, Redis are nice to have
• General TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Extensively used one of these platforms at the API/programming level
