VP Engineering, ERP

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn, as the VP of Engineering for the ERP Tribe. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, define and implement the engineering organization structure, and improve software delivery predictability and quality. You will also build effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensure engineering practices align with company requirements, and contribute to the global engineering strategy. The position is based in Portugal or France, with the possibility of remote work two days a week.
