Consumer Engagement Specialist

Description

Tesla is looking for a Consumer Engagement/ Leads Generation Specialist to support the marketing organization with various responsibilities including content creation, lead generation and retail marketing events in Malaysia. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and execution skills.

Responsibilities

Above-the-line communications and content creation

Develop overall above-the-line communications strategy to target different segments that aligned with sales objectives, include but not limit to digital, social media, PR and influencer engagement

Plan and execute social media calendar to drive brand awareness and educate the market about EV and sustainability

Create and localize visuals or video footages for different platforms and channels usage

Oversee and implement e-newsletter, sales collaterals, print materials and other related marketing materials to support business needs

Manage external agencies to produce quality work in supporting marketing objectives

Marketing Campaigns

Work with the team to develop targeted marketing plans with a coherent integration of marketing tactics, event and activities to achieve business goals

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, to develop, manage and implement leads generation campaigns including test drives activities, product launches, pop-up stores, in-store activations, and corporate partnership events etc

Assist in event executions and provide on-site support whenever necessary

Handling tracking and measurement of the campaign results, performing results analyses and evaluation

Marketing Operations

• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla Motors
• Support any ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years solid experiences in marketing, experience in communications or content creation is a plus
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustration / Photoshop / Premier Pro / Figma etc.) is required
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and other local languages.
• A good team player who also thrives working independently
• Excellent coordination, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Result driven, hands-on, positive “can do” attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment
• Large company discipline with small company entrepreneurial attitude
