Our Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping create a positive leasing experience while supporting the daily operations of the community. This fast-paced role includes showing apartments, processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, collecting rent, maintaining resident records, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and responding to resident questions and concerns.

A typical day involves balancing customer service, leasing, administrative tasks, and property inspections while working closely with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and ensure residents receive exceptional service. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
