Central Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Mexico Operation) - 2027 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Support central projects to drive platform growth and achieve multiple targets, including but not limited to campaigns, affiliate, content scenarios, shoptab.
• Able to conduct meticulous resource management, market research and other operational works with moderate guidance.
• Coordinate related cross-functional teams' resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects.
• Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction.
• Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required. Able to identify and come up with improvement plans for responsible projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently in the penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with short video, live stream and content-based e-commerce in the local market.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong ownership and result-driven. Able to adapt to the flexible working cadence of the team.
• Internship experience in large ecommerce platforms, or leading Internet companies is a plus.
• Good understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
• Able to commit to at least 3 months internship, 6 months internship preferred.
