About The Role

Team Introduction

The LATAM Sales Operations team supports Lark’s growth in the region by partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market execution, pipeline management, and operational efficiency. This internship role will work with stakeholders in Mexico and regional counterparts to support partner activities, campaigns, and key sales processes.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

  • Research target companies, contacts, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare outreach messages, account briefs, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Keep CRM records, lead information, and next steps updated.
  • Support LinkedIn content, campaigns, and LATAM market communication.
  • Help coordinate partner activities, customer meetings, and events.
  • Collect feedback and share simple weekly Sales and Marketing updates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken), as this role will support Mexico-based outreach and partner/customer activities, including preparing messages, coordinating meetings/events), and communicating day-to-day with LATAM stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, as this role will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams (e.g., LATAM and global stakeholders), prepare internal updates, and work with English documentation/tools.
  • Strong communication, research, and organization skills.
  • Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools.
  • Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage, as the team may need to collaborate closely with China-based colleagues and some customer meetings may be conducted in Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, Canva, social media, sales, or events.
  • Proactive, curious, responsible, and comfortable working with international teams.
