MCN Creator Management Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The MCN Creator Incubation team plays a key role in growing live commerce ecosystem by supporting MCN partners and their creators throughout the livestream journey. From live operations and performance optimization to creator-brand matchmaking, we help creators unlock their full potential while driving business growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our MCN team. The intern will support the team in managing creator/agency partnerships, optimizing live commerce initiatives, and executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role provides exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and creator management, offering a hands-on experience in how platforms collaborate with MCNs and creators to drive business growth.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all pre-live preparations are completed by MCN partners, including live checklists, run-throughs, asset submission, technical setup, and stakeholder alignment.
• Review and validate Live Preparation Checklists prior to each live session.
• Manage and monitor live sessions in real time to identify optimization opportunities and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with MCN partners, sellers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth live execution.
• Consolidate live session updates and prepare post-mortem reports, including key performance insights, learnings, and action plans.
• Curate and recommend at least 6 creator profiles/showcases per week for brand and seller matching opportunities.
• Identify suitable MCN creators based on campaign objectives, category fit, audience profile, and historical performance.
• Showcase successful MCN live sessions and creator case studies to drive future collaborations and creator bookings.
• Support seller and brand inquiries by recommending relevant MCN creators and live-selling solutions.
• Coordinate live support setup, including ads, vouchers, subsidies, and other platform investments.
• Manage MCN Creator Incubation talent fee processing and documentation requirements.
• Facilitate OBS access requests, whitelisting requests, and other live operational requirements.
• Submit and track on-call requests, escalations, and platform support tickets.
• Maintain trackers and documentation related to creator incubation, live support, and project execution.
• Set up and coordinate live support mechanisms before and during live sessions.
• Monitor live performance metrics and recommend real-time optimization strategies.
• Track voucher utilization, ads spending, and GMV performance during live sessions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational blockers that may impact live performance.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues during critical live-selling events.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Strong interest in creator economy, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and live commerce.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and willing to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
