Responsibilities

  1. Field Marketing – Indonesia (40%)
  • Support planning and execution of Indonesia market activations: roundtable dinners, industry association meetups, customer gatherings, and partner co-marketing events
  • Get hands-on with the full event lifecycle — from vendor coordination and guest list management to on-ground ops and post-event reporting
  • Work alongside partners and industry associations across Lark's key verticals: retail, F&B, and enterprise
  • Contribute to building Lark's brand presence in Indonesia, where relationships and trust drive buying decisions
  1. Content & LinkedIn Marketing (40%)
  • Draft and schedule content for Lark Indonesia's LinkedIn — campaign posts, product announcements, thought leadership, and customer stories
  • Support LinkedIn Ads execution: asset prep, copy drafting, audience targeting inputs, and performance tracking
  • Localise and adapt regional content to resonate with the Indonesia market and its unique business culture
  • Develop a sharp instinct for B2B copywriting: writing for decision-makers, not just followers
  1. General Marketing Support (20%)
  • Assist with partnership documentation and administration: MOUs, co-marketing agreements, and coordination with external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and account intelligence to support campaign planning and field targeting
  • Support cross-functional coordination across regional and global teams — giving you visibility into how a scaled APAC marketing operation runs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, moves with initiative, and isn’t afraid to figure things out along the way.
  • Excellent multitasker — comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality, whether you’re reviewing a social post, consolidating data, or coordinating an event

Preferred Qualifications

  • Content Writing: Proficiency in crafting engaging and effective marketing content.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma to create visual marketing assets.
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads
