• What you would be doing

• Regularly maintain and update employee records from an image perspective to ensure they align with the company's standards.
• Deliver comprehensive training on image requirements, ensuring employees understand and adhere to best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend image improvements based on employee feedback or company directives, and oversee the implementation of these changes.
• Create and distribute detailed written materials and procedures that outline image standards and guidelines.
• Organize and support sessions for presenting the company’s standards guide and facilitate practical workshops to reinforce image best practices.
• Reviews and determines the approval or rejection of appearance change requests based on established criteria

What makes you a strong candidate

Expertise

2+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling and at least 1 year in Appearance Department.

Professional certificate

Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling/make-up.

Language Skills

Advanced proficiency in English.

Technical Skills

PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.

Shift Flexibility

8/9 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Attention to Detail

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.

Interpersonal Skills

Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.

Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast

• Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings. (
• nice to have)

Knowledge of Skincare Products

• Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
