FTD Intern

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Saudi graduates to join our Future Talent Development Program (FTD). This one-year graduate development program provides hands-on experience across key insurance functions, structured rotations, professional training, and mentorship from industry experts. Participants will develop technical and business skills while supporting day-to-day operations, client service activities, and strategic projects, preparing them for a successful career in the insurance industry.
