As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist / Manager you will

Work on Microsoft engagements throughout Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa
Be part of and actively contribute in the Deloitte Microsoft Center Of Excellence
Lead and work together with a team of Software licensing specialists to cover all vendor related licensing matters and project managed SAM engagements to completion:
Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
Extract data and perform data analytics to quantify the financial and operational compliance with the contract
Review client deliverables such as calculations and reports
Support Microsoft and/or the customer through discussions with relevant stakeholders
Interact with cross functional teams at clients and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously
Assess, update and optimize the product assessments plan with a focus on automation and AI
Build and maintain in client relationships
Help train and coach junior team members
Let’s talk about you
Between 5 - 8 years of experience with different Microsoft Volume licensing programs and eager to learn
Strong written and verbal presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of audiences
Proven experience with building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams
Enthusiastic team member, who likes working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment where joint efforts result in success
Willing to travel (15%, mainly throughout the US and EMEA regions)
Knowledge of local languages Dutch and/or French is a plus; English is a must
