We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on **Creative Media Producer / Creative Content Lead** to lead visual storytelling across photography, video, short-form content, events, portraits, and marketing campaigns.

This is an **individual-contributor-plus-lead role** where you will personally manage the end-to-end creative production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery—while also guiding junior or freelance creative resources. The role requires a strong visual eye, excellent technical production skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

## Requirements

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality **photography and video content** across events, campaigns, portraits, and day-to-day activities.
  • Produce end-to-end short films, including footage selection, editing, colour grading, sound, titles, and final delivery.
  • Create engaging **social media reels, posts, and short-form video content** tailored to different platforms and campaigns.
  • Independently translate creative briefs into detailed **shoot plans, production schedules, and execution plans**.
  • Own and maintain the creative production calendar, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential delivery risks early and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and ensure all content aligns with established **brand guidelines and creative standards**.
  • Manage and organise the digital media library, ensuring assets are properly named, categorised, archived, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with junior photographers, videographers, freelancers, and other creative resources to maintain quality and production efficiency.
  • Work professionally with students, faculty, leadership, families, and other stakeholders during shoots and events.
  • Exercise appropriate judgement around **consent, privacy, confidentiality, and safeguarding** when producing visual content.
  • Participate in event coverage, including occasional evening and weekend assignments as required.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative output, production workflows, and visual storytelling.

### WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • **2+ years of professional experience** in photography, videography, video production, creative media, or a related field.
  • A strong and varied portfolio demonstrating **short films, event coverage, portrait photography, social media reels, and campaign content**.
  • Strong proficiency in **Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro**.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing, colour grading, sound editing, titles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Ability to independently manage a complete shoot, including **camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment**.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and consistently deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, cinematography, photography, and digital content formats.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media and short-form platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience directing, mentoring, or coordinating junior creatives or freelance production resources is an advantage.
  • Drone or aerial photography/videography experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in **education, community organisations, NGOs, or child-facing environments** is desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Professional and ethical approach with a strong understanding of confidentiality, privacy, consent, and safeguarding.
  • Comfortable receiving creative feedback while also confidently proposing alternative ideas when they can improve the final outcome.
  • Willingness to work **fully in-office in Chennai** and support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
