## Description

We are looking for a hardworking, high-energy, results-driven Deal Sourcing Associate to identify and engage lower-middle market business owners on behalf of 154 Partners. This is a client facing role and best suited for someone who thrives at building relationships and takes price in exceeding their targets.

Responsabilities

• Utilize databases and internet research to compile lists of prospective business targets across identified sectors
• Execute outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other creative campaigns to engage with business owners/CEOs in a discussion to sell
• Conduct conversations with business owners to build rapport and qualify against 154’s investment criteria
• Present new investment opportunities & market research to 154 Investment Team
• Maintain organized records of all outreach activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
• Consistently achieve a target of 100+ cold calls per week

## Requirements

• Fluent English
• Strong written communication skills for email and LinkedIn outreach
• Excited about cold calling and outbound outreach
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or sourcing is a plus
• A natural communicator who can connect authentically with business owners/CEOs
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in ambiguous environments
• Results-driven
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
