About the Team
Our Retail team creates memorable shopping experiences that inspire visitors long after they leave. Combining exceptional customer service with product expertise and brand storytelling, the team plays a key role in building lasting connections with Johnnie Walker and our wider whisky portfolio.
About the Role
As a Retail Associate, you'll be a passionate brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences within our flagship retail store. You'll combine premium service, product knowledge and commercial awareness to help every visitor find the perfect product while creating memorable moments they'll remember long after their visit.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations while contributing to store sales and service targets.
- Share your passion for Johnnie Walker and our whisky portfolio through engaging product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Build lasting customer relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits through outstanding service.
- Support stock management, replenishment, merchandising and back-of-house operations to maintain a world-class retail environment.
- Represent the brand during promotional events, tastings and special retail activities.
- Contribute ideas that improve store performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, presentation and operational excellence.

Experience / Skills Required
This could be the right opportunity for you if you have
- Experience in retail or another customer-facing environment where delivering exceptional service has been a priority.
- A passion for retail, premium brands and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the flexibility to support both customer-facing and back-of-house activities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
Experience within premium or luxury retail would be advantageous but is not essential.
