HR Operations and Employee Relations Lead

You will lead end-to-end HR operations—driving strategic hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance—to support organizational objectives and a positive, high-trust workplace culture. Job Purpose Own and execute the full employee lifecycle in alignment with business priorities, ensuring timely talent acquisition, improved retention through engagement, effective and consistent performance cycles, and full HR compliance while continuously reducing HR process turnaround times and errors.
