Finishing Works Site Engineer- Civil

About the Role

We are is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Site Engineer on behave of one of our top clients to join thier construction & Finishing Team team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, marble, façade, and fit-out works.
• Ensure all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists, ensuring timely closure of outstanding items.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.

. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finishing Site Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in all finishing work aspects is a must.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, shop drawings, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
