Product Manager – DTOS/ODM Industrial or Healthcare Tablet (iService/ 林口園區)

We are looking for an experienced DTOS/ODM Project Manager to lead the development of portable application products. In this role, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform solution into market-ready products.

You will play a key role in defining product specifications, driving project execution, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and delivering projects on time and with high quality.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers.
• Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues.

-Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.
• Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards.
• Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree and above with a major in business or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
• Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations.
• A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
