The Department and Team

Fitting within the wider Global Brand Marketing team (GBM), Tommy Studios (PVHS) produces over 225,000 image assets each year for Tommy Hilfiger, primarily for the brands’ global Ecommerce websites. From its new state-of-the-art 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, PVHS strives to blend operational excellence with creative elevation to ensure best-in-class digital fashion consumer experiences, every day. With 9 fully-equipped Ecommerce bays running on the latest tech, 2 Editorial Studios with drive-in capacity, a Still Life Studio, Equipment Room, Sample Management area, cafe with full menu, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms and chill-out spaces - it is truly one-of-a-kind.

The Position

As a Junior Data Specialist, you’ll be part of Tommy Studios’ Operations Team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of data into our systems and keeping that data clean and up to date. You will be responsible for obtaining, entering and maintaining our data. At the same time, you will update and adapt data depending on business needs. You keep an eye on data and reporting to make sure all products and samples flow through the studio as intended. You create reports to support studio needs and requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Obtaining data from various departments inside and outside the studio, including deadline coordination.
  • Entering data in our Photostudio Management System, Creative Force.
  • Adapting data to studio and business needs, at product level and on a broader scale.
  • Owning data quality by ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness and data hygiene.
  • Monitoring data, samples, assets and products via our Photostudio Management System, Creative Force.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining SOPs, checklists and other relevant documentation.
  • Proactively flagging, communicating and resolving issues within data, or issues that become apparent through data.
  • Reporting on all relevant studio data, both recurring and ad hoc.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in an operations and data-focused role, ideally within fashion, studio production or digital asset workflows.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable in managing recurring operational tasks.
  • Has strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
  • Is able to identify missing, incorrect or inconsistent information, investigate root causes and proactively follow up with the relevant teams.
  • Is a clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across multiple teams, ask for clarification when information is incomplete and escalate issues when needed.
  • Is able to prioritize tasks and flag bottlenecks.
  • Is comfortable using AI tools to streamline routine tasks, support data checks and improve everyday workflows.
  • Familiarity with our Photostudio Management System, Creative Force, is preferred but not required.
