Associate Consultant -Contract Management

About The Role
- Ensure that Intake requests are complete and accurate. Coordinate with Engagement teams and Member Firms to obtain necessary information for preparation of the contract.
- Preparation of Contracts as per specified Risk Management approved templates.
- Review the contracts to ensure accuracy of data.
- Coordinate with QRM team and seek their approvals. Chase them, if necessary to ensure that Turn Around Time for Contracts is adhered to. Escalate, if necessary.
- Ensure submission of contracts with necessary quality standards as per agreed SLA’s and obtain Signatures.
- Maintaining contractual records using an internal tracker and tool. Ensure that the tool is accurately updated and kept current at all times.
- Coordinate with Resource Management on allocations as per Contract
- Monitor internal and external communications related to contract management and respond in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the data confidentiality and ensure compliance to company policies and Risk Management guidelines.
- Stay updated on risk management guidelines for contracts that may impact existing or future contracts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders by acting as a one-stop shop for contractual matters to foster effective contract management.
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
- Work independently and handle multiple contracts request simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting on Ad-hoc requests

- Complying with the applicable KPMG Risk Management policies
Essential skills required
- Prior experience in Contract Management or a related role – 2 to 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Ms Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education / professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or a similar discipline
- Legal internships or experience working in law firm or legal departments of big corporations is preferred.

- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
