Events & Venues Workforce Coordinator

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join our Christchurch events team and play a key role in supporting our growing operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and rostering a large casual workforce.
• Providing on-the-ground support in leadership roles, including weekends and nights.
• Building strong relationships with staff and motivating them to perform at their best.
• Balancing multiple priorities in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
• Contributing fresh ideas as we continue our journey of growth.

No two weeks are the same. Your hours will be based around our exciting event calendar, with weekday shifts generally between 9:30am and 4:30pm, guaranteed 30 hours minimum per week, plus weekend work and longer days when supporting major events so flexibility is crucial for this role. Must also be available to work over New Years.
