Als Key Account Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d) übernimmst Du Verantwortung für unsere wichtigsten Online-Handelspartner – mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Einfluss auf unser Wachstum.

Your Mission

• Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Betreuung unserer E-Com Kunden (Amazon, Zalando, Otto, eigentständige Seller, etc.);
• Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Marktanteilen;
• Proaktive Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Geschäftspotenziale bei Bestands- und Neukunden sowie Entwicklung neuer Amazon Seller Partnerschaften;
• Planung und Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen sowie Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen;
• Analyse relevanter KPIs (Sell-out, Traffic, Conversion, Buy Box, Profitabilität etc.)

und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen;

• Steuerung von Promotions, Sortimenten, Launches und Content-Optimierungen;
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance und internationalen Teams.

Your Talent

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder E-Commerce;
• Begriffe wie ASIN, Buy Box, Glance Views, PCOGS oder Conversion gehören zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag;
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise BI-Tools;
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und Verhandlungsgeschick;
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität;
• Reisebereitschaft;
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.

• This role is based in Germany. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
