Electrical Project Manager - Real Estate

About The Role

  • Lead and manage all electrical project activities from design review through construction and handover.
  • Oversee MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interface systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety performance.
  • Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and commissioning plans.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
  • Resolve technical and construction-related issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise developments.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
