Accountabilities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients, creating a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience.
- Handle approximately 30 incoming calls per day while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy throughout each interaction.
- Qualify prospective leads according to established internal criteria and determine whether they meet the requirements for further engagement.
- Gather relevant client and lead information and accurately enter all details into the CRM.
- Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department, particularly the sales team, ensuring information is complete and properly documented.
- Follow up with potential leads from previous days to maintain engagement and support conversion opportunities.
- Add and maintain contact records in the CRM, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate details to support an efficient intake process.
- Apply knowledge of relevant legal terminology when communicating with prospective clients and documenting their information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Strong command of both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Previous experience in intake, customer service, call center, lead qualification, scheduling, sales support, or a related client-facing role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of legal terminology is required or strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and approachable communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when gathering, documenting, and updating client information.
- Ability to remain organized and focused while handling a high volume of calls and follow-up activities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and accurately entering and maintaining data.
- Ability to identify qualified leads and confidently route them to the appropriate team.
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach to client interactions.
- Ability to work effectively during the required 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time schedule.
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative remote environment.
