Oracle Fusion cloud HCM consultant

Must-Have · Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must · Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning & HR Helpdesk · Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process · Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence · Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support. · Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
