Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the Role:As a Senior HR Operations Executive, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Mindvalley’s global HR processes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion the use of AI and automation to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise will shape how we scale, streamline, and continuously improve our people operations.Responsibilities:Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewalsEnsure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policiesManage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentationIdentify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation toolsAct as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and LegalManage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas)Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellenceLead or support HR technology projects and change initiativesProvide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levelsWhat success looks like :Within 90 days, you’ve mapped and improved at least one core HR workflow using automation or AIYou’ve built strong relationships with key stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted partnerHR data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for decision-makingCompliance gaps are identified and addressed, with clear documentation in placeTeam members experience faster, smoother HR processesMust-haves:5 years’ experience in HR operations, with a track record of process design and optimizationAdvanced skills in HRIS, data management, and HR reportingDemonstrated experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including with senior leadersUp-to-date knowledge of HR technology trendsProactive, solutions-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflowsNice-to-haves:Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional HR environmentFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflowsProject management experience in HR tech implementationsExperience managing vendor relationships and contractsMindvalley is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
