About The Role
- Collection of EMCS from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
- Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
- To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.
- Finding new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
- Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Handling and monitoring claims and shortages with suppliers
- coordinate with the supplier to ensure delivery on time .
- Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
- Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.
- To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the Procurement Senior manager
- To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
