【DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle】Executive Lounge Staff (Part-Time)

Our Executive Lounge is an exclusive space reserved for Hilton Honors elite members and guests staying on our Executive Floor. In this role, you will provide breakfast and evening cocktail service in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. With a limited number of guests visiting each day, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and deliver personalized hospitality to each individual guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

• Serve food and beverages and assist guests with seating.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain the buffet area.
• Support daily operations, including dishwashing and preparation tasks.
• Respond to basic guest inquiries, such as hotel facilities, local attractions, and restaurant recommendations.
• Communicate guest preferences and requests to relevant departments to enhance the guest experience.

• Previous hospitality experience is not required. Comprehensive one-on-one training will be provided by experienced team members after joining the team.

Who We're Looking For

• Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts responsibly and punctually.
• Comfortable communicating in basic English (fluency is not required).
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry are a plus, but not required.
