As an AES SAP PP-QM Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will navigate through the firm, building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions
• Supporting seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications to optimize supply chain processes
• Providing training and guidance to clients for effective use of SAP supply chain management software
• Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive operational efficiency
• Applying data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance and transformation
• Utilizing skills in demand forecasting and inventory management to improve procurement strategies
• Engaging in project delivery and resource management to meet client objectives
• Developing data modeling systems to support supply chain analysis and reporting
• Participating in process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
• Building a personal brand by consistently delivering value and adapting to diverse client needs

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain optimization
• Applying knowledge of inventory management and warehouse layout design
• Engaging in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Developing skills in demand forecasting and planning operations
• Contributing to procurement strategy and system implementation
