About the role
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will
- Support portfolio management, governance and reporting activities across the program.
- Prepare and manage reporting outputs, dashboards, presentations and management information.
- Support governance forums through agenda preparation, action management, decision tracking and follow-up activities.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, dependency management and delivery coordination activities.
- Support financial management, forecasting, resource planning and capacity reporting activities.
- Contribute to contract management, procurement reporting and vendor performance monitoring activities where required.
- Support agile delivery teams through facilitation, coordination and continuous improvement practices where required.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify issues, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation and embedment of program management standards, controls and processes.
About you
- Strong PMO and portfolio management experience gained within large and complex programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting governance, reporting, planning, project controls or program delivery functions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and contribute to high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working across a broad range of portfolio, governance, reporting and delivery support activities.
