Job Scope

Managing the local PH Payroll team
Managing and maintaining platforms Employment Hero & KeyPay
Optimising system workflows for improved efficiencies
Payroll projects to meet AU Legislation, awards, taxes and super changes and compliance
Comply and plan for Audits, and people reporting for the business
Sharing insights to improve business decisions and employee experience.

Hands on Payroll supporting Officer and will complete full payruns when Payroll Officer is on leave.
