This role is 29 hours per week .

About You | Mou
Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate
- An approachable nature that makes our whanau and tamariki feel truly at home.
- Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving.
- Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.
- A heart for following a child’s lead and a genuine drive to grow your own skills.
- Integrity in every interaction with our team and families.
