Sales & Customer Service Representative

About The Role
- 於客戶服務中心向顧客提供產品資料及服務詳情，並協助完成銷售
- 解答顧客有關產品查詢、使用指引、保養資料及售後服務相關事宜
- 處理售後服務交易，包括安排送貨及換貨事宜
- 透過不同溝通渠道提供專業的銷售及售後支援
- 協助處理一般行政工作，包括庫存及產品資料更新，以及維持客戶服務中心之整潔
- 跟進維修查詢、維修進度及相關安排
- 執行管理層指派的其他工作
- 中學畢業（香港中學文憑或同等學歷）；具專上教育程度者優先考慮
- 具最少一年銷售及／或客戶服務經驗，具零售經驗者優先考慮
- 具備基本電腦操作知識（ Microsoft Office 、系統輸入、中文輸入法）
- 操流利廣東話；具基本英語及普通話溝通能力
- 以客為本，具良好溝通技巧、銷售及人際關係技巧
- 積極主動、有耐性及責任感
- 每星期最少工作三天，於星期一至星期六輪班工作
