1. Have repair and maintenance experience, or show strong abilities in these areas.
2. Possess good communication skills.

6. Be ethical and transparent in all their dealings, always maintaining the highest level of personal and ministerial integrity.

8. Assist in other departments as needed and assigned by their managers.
9. Coach in the league unless otherwise approved by their supervisor.

Time Requirements

40 hours per week.

Travel Requirements

Local travel may be required at times.

Position Duties

The Facilities Crew will sustain quality maintenance of all physical assets.

• Property Maintenance
• Maintain all buildings (Administration Building, Prayer & Equipping Hub, etc.) and all structures (water tower, generator enclosure, electrical/mechanical house, etc.) both interior and exterior
• Maintain all utilities (domestic water, wastewater, storm water, electrical, etc.)
• Landscape Maintenance: Maintain all softscapes (pitches, plants, trees, etc.) and hardscapes (roads, fences, courtyards, gates, etc.)

1. Property Care

• Make repairs timely, and efficiently for all buildings, structures, and utilities
• Make repairs timely, and efficiently for all landscapes

1. Equipment Maintenance

• Keep tools and equipment “well” maintained following Vapor standards.
• Notify Facilities Manager of tools & equipment that are no longer repairable.
• Facilities storage should be clean and well organized at all times.
• Ensure all mechanical (pumps, etc.) and electrical (inverters, generators, regulators, panels, breakers, etc.) are “well” maintained following Vapor standards.

1. Construction Assistance

• Perform work related to the completion of minor construction projects under the direction of the Facilities Manager
• Perform work related to the completion of major construction projects under the direction of the Regional Project Coordinator

1. Steward Purchases

• Ensure that we are securing the best value for all goods and services
• Ensure that all receipts are turned in to the Facilities Manager promptly
