Head Coach of Men's Lacrosse | Event Manageme

Position Overview: The Head Coach of Men's Lacrosse is responsible for the leadership, administration, and overall operation of the men's lacrosse program. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining student-athletes, coaching and skill development, budget management, scheduling, event management, equipment oversight, compliance with NCAA and conference regulations, student-athlete welfare, and promoting the mission and values of Misericordia University through competitive excellence and positive community engagement. Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university Experience: One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training and competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment. Work-Related Knowledge: Working knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations. (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.)
