About the Role:

We’re looking for an HR Intern who is keen to learn recruitment along with core HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to real-time hiring and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and documentation
Support onboarding and day-to-day HR operations
What You’ll Learn:
Hands-on training on Keka HRMS
Exposure to hiring portals and recruitment strategies
Industrial connects and stakeholder coordination
HR operations, documentation, and processes
