About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js

to drive the development of scalable web applications and microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading a team, mentoring developers, and actively contributing to coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
• Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Support CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

9-12 years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in

Node.js

TypeScript

• React.js
• Next.js
• Extensive experience in designing and developing

Microservices Architecture

• .
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and backend development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to drive delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
• Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.
