What you can expect

You document P2P processes and create operational proceduresYou identify bottlenecks, improvements and controls and share recommendationsYou ensure transition timelines and operational deadlines are metYou ensure compliance with P2P policies, procedures and controlsYou resolve operational issues and drive solutions with stakeholdersYou maintain audit readiness through quality controls and documentationYou act as the key contact for Procurement, Finance and business unitsYou drive process improvements, standardization and quick winsYou support the preparation and maintenance of operational KPIs

What we expect from you

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or professional certification is a plusYou bring 3+ years of experience in P2P or Accounts Payable, ideally in a Shared Services environmentYou have strong analytical, Excel and stakeholder management skillsYou are fluent in English and GermanYou are willing to build and shape a new project from scratch in a B2C environmentYou have a strong customer service and continuous improvement mindsetYou manage complexity effectively and thrive in a multicultural environment
