(Junior) Merchandising Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will combine technical savvy with a strong ownership mindset to directly impact the profitability of a multi-national e-commerce leader. Your Responsibilities

You implement campaigns and promotions to generate online sales and expand additional channels like Gift Cards and Retail Media to achieve our revenue targetsYou coordinate collaboration with other channels, specialist departments (e.g., Legal, Accounting, CRM, Data & BI), and external partners to maximize PC3You ensure the accuracy of reportings across all data sources and take responsibility for precise billingYou make data-driven decisions, identify priorities, and develop new strategies based on business casesYou onboard new sellers to our Ads Platform, create campaign plans, and drive process automation as well as the further development of our portfolioYou conduct A/B tests for new strategies and features to continuously optimize our Ads Platform

Your Profile

You have a deep technical understanding and are confident in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Ads PlatformsYou have experience creating reports in Tableau and are skilled in data analysis and processingYou possess a strong "ownership" mentality, are persistent, and bring high innovative powerYou communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partnersYou work in a structured manner and document processes and decisions diligently in ConfluenceFluency in English is required; German skills are a must.(given the close collaboration with local departments).
