About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and ambitious professional to join our

Channel Sales

team. If you're passionate about B2B sales, partner management, business development, and building strategic relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your career in the fast-growing

HealthTech

industry.

In this role, you'll collaborate with insurance brokers, insurers, consultants, and other strategic partners to drive business growth while gaining exposure to the Employee Benefits ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective channel partners including insurance brokers, insurers, consultants, and distribution partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Schedule and conduct partner meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
  • Understand partner requirements and prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposal submissions and seamless execution.
  • Follow up on business opportunities and support deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and partner interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management.
  • Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior exposure to HealthTech, InsurTech, Insurance, or Employee Benefits is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
