Job Summary

Responsible for managing Plant Care Services (PCS) operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality plant maintenance, client satisfaction, team management, and compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant maintenance operations across assigned sites.
• Supervise Executives, Supervisors, and Gardeners.
• Ensure timely plant replacement, pest control, irrigation, pruning, and overall plant health.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve service-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure availability of plants, materials, and consumables.
• Maintain safety, quality, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
