Executive Horticulture - PCS (Bangalore 2)

Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining indoor plants across assigned sites and ensuring smooth client coordination with high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor plants: watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, and replacements.
• Ensure all landscaped areas are clean, healthy, and presentable.
• Monitor plant health and plan timely replacements when required.
• Coordinate with on-site crew and manage daily horticulture activities.
• Maintain plant inventory and service records.
• Act as the main contact for clients; address queries, feedback, and service requests.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and share reports.
• Advise clients on plant choices and indoor landscaping improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Botany.
• 2–3 years of indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.
• Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff.
