Dreamtime Learning Micro School

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

  • Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a School Admission Counselor to manage and support the student admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with parents and prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, providing information about the school and its programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Explain the school's curriculum, programs, facilities, teaching methodology, and extracurricular activities to parents.
  • Understand the educational needs of students and recommend suitable programs.
  • Counsel parents and students regarding the school's admission process, eligibility, fees, and requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate school visits, campus tours, assessments, and parent meetings.
  • Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
  • Address parents' questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful admissions while achieving assigned admission targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM or school records.
  • Coordinate with teachers, academic teams, administration, and management to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents and provide a positive admission experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status.
  • Participate in school events, promotional activities, and admission campaigns when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in school admissions, educational counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing, counseling, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the school admission process.
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Pleasant personality and the ability to build good relationships with parents.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in the education sector and student development.
