Job Summary

Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine items under supervision, maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Chinese starters, main courses, noodles, and rice dishes
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation
• Assist in kitchen setup and mise en place
• Proper storage and labeling of ingredients
• Work efficiently during busy hours under guidance

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in a Chinese kitchen or similar
• Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Good hygiene and teamwork skills
