Product Management Intern at Blitz — India

About The Role

Blitz is building India's fastest logistics network, enabling businesses to deliver products within hours.
We work at the intersection of logistics, technology, operations, and data to solve problems that
impact millions of deliveries.
As a Product Management Intern, you'll work directly with product managers, engineers, designers,
and operations teams to build products that improve delivery experience, operational efficiency, and
business growth.

● Assist Product Managers in defining product strategy and execution.
● Conduct user research by speaking with riders, merchants, franchise owners, and internal
operations teams.
● Conduct Product GTMs.
● Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
● Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
● Analyze product performance using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
● Define success metrics and monitor feature adoption after launch.
● Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
● Coordinate launches and ensure smooth rollout of new features.

● Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Ability to simplify complex problems into structured solutions.
● Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
● Curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing.
● Previous product internship experience is good to have

● Basic SQL
● Familiarity with Figma
● Understanding of APIs and system workflows
● Knowledge of Agile development processes
● Experience building products, startups, hackathons, or side projects is a plus
