About the Role

• We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in how HR actually works inside a growing company.
• You’ll work closely with the HR team across intern hiring, HR operations, employee coordination and day-to-day people processes.

What You'll Do

Hiring & Recruitment

• Own hiring for interns across different functions at AMINU.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR calls.
• Coordinate interviews, assignments and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain hiring trackers and ensure the recruitment process moves smoothly.
• Coordinate offers, joining formalities and pre-boarding for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential intern candidates.

HR Operations

• Support the HR team with day-to-day employee operations.
• Maintain employee records, documents and HR trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with employees and managers on attendance, leave and other HR processes.
• Support HRMS-related activities and ensure employee information is updated accurately.
• Assist with internal HR communication and announcements.
• Support employee engagement activities and team initiatives.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
• Follow up with employees and managers on pending HR requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors on compliance and hiring
• Help improve and streamline existing HR processes.
• Support the HR team on ongoing people-related projects.
