Technical Lead Application Engineering (m/w/d)

Overall technical responsibility for customer-specific industrial UPS and power supply solutions throughout the entire project lifecycleDevelopment of integrated technical solutions for industrial and critical applications, taking electrical and mechanical requirements into accountDefinition of system architecture and ensuring technical consistency across all relevant disciplinesTechnical leadership and coordination of engineering activities from the quotation phase through commissioningResponsibility for technical decisions, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and customer requirementsCreation and technical structuring of customer orders and projects in SAP, including the definition and allocation of technical work packages for Engineering, Production, and ServiceServing as the technical interface between customers, Project Management, Engineering, Production, and external partnersSupporting FATs, SATs, commissioning activities, and the resolution of critical technical issues

Requirements and Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of experience with industrial UPS systems, power converters, power supply systems, or battery systems is desirableStrong knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and system integrationExperience in technical leadership and the implementation of complex technical solutionsStructured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to workExcellent communication skills and strong command of English, both written and spoken
