Motion Graphic Designer - (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer with experience in creating engaging motion graphics and video content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and social-first video formats, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form videos, animations, GIFs, and long-form content.

The role involves creating marketing assets for paid and organic campaigns, developing storyboards and creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with marketing teams, and adapting content for platforms like Meta, YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce motion graphics and short-form video for paid and organic campaigns
• Turn around creative assets within agreed SLAs
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion deliverables
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create necessary assets for website, meta ads, youtube ads etc
• Storyboard concepts based on creative briefs shared by the marketing team
• Work on products assets like podcasts and webinars to create marketing content
• Build a reusable library of motion templates and brand assets
• Storyboard and pitch concepts for upcoming campaigns
• Incorporate performance feedback into iterative creative versions
• Stay current on platform trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and adapt formats
• Coordinate with the Static Graphic Designer for consistent campaign look and feel
• Archive and organize raw and final assets for future reuse

Required Skills

• 3+ years creating motion graphics or video content for digital marketing
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
• Strong portfolio of social-first video, scroll-animations, gifs, short-form and long-form videos
• Understanding of platform-specific video specs (aspect ratio, length, captions)
• Basic sound design/editing skills for video content
• Shift Time : 5 pm - 2 am
