Job Summary

We are looking for a

Manager

Product Marketing

to lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

The role involves driving product launches, enabling sales with impactful content and competitive insights, supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
• Drive upsell/cross-sell campaign strategy with the Retention & Renewal Lead
• Work closely with the ISRs and SDRs to refine their pitch
• Enable sales with collateral and competitive insights
• Lead cross-functional product launch planning and execution
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and share findings with leadership
• Gather customer insights to inform messaging and roadmap input
• Maintain sales enablement materials and battlecards
• Partner with the ABM Manager on account-specific messaging
• Track and report on launch performance and adoption metrics
• Train sales and customer-facing teams on new product messaging
• Required skills
• 4-6 years experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS space
• Experience with positioning, messaging, and launches
• Strong collaboration skills with product and sales teams
• Experience conducting competitive and market research
• Comfortable creating sales enablement materials
• Hands on CRM experience is a must
• Should have handled marketing at varied scale
• Shift timing : 5.00 PM - 2.00 AM
