This role is essential for providing exceptional support to our enterprise clients who speak Swedish. You will be instrumental in helping clients optimize their business strategies through insightful consultations and tailored solutions, establishing yourself as a key partner in their growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Swedish-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their inquiries and requirements.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses to offer relevant and effective solutions.
• Facilitate detailed consultations and develop strategies that align with client objectives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with client needs.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients by ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
• Keep up with industry developments to provide clients with timely and valuable insights.
• Support clients in navigating and overcoming challenges in their engagements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client management role, particularly with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of business solutions and the ability to consult effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
• Self-driven, with effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
